Join Coach Marques at Columbia Point Park in Richland, WA for the 70.3 Tri Cities bike course ride. This is your last chance to scout this beautiful course. We had a blast with the first two ride and this one will be no different. Bring your bike and a can-do attitude and we will provide the rest!

About the event
Marques Garcia Coaching is proud to organize this bike ride - we will ride the entire course and there will be SAG Support, refreshments and snacks, however athletes are responsible for their own ride nutrition and equipment. Practice flax fix and bring your own flat fix kit. You have 5 hours to finish . Ride at your own pace and you will not be pressured to finish. Athletes will get email updates and we will post on social media especially on the IM Tri Cities Facebook Group. This is a one day event. Please if you have a friend or a family member who wants to help us by volunteering, we might need their help so let us know.
